Horrible company. They increase your prices dramatically after 12 months of service. Then you can't get through to an American customer service representative. They play games, increase your bill even further when you reach out to them, transfer you to multiple departments/representatives all to get you no better off in the end. The customer service representatives keep you on the line for a couple of hours! It's ridiculous!

I called Frontier to inquire about fiber internet availability. But before they would answer even one question - they wanted permission to share my contact information with "3rd party providers of services". I said no, let's just see if you have internet for my address. And that let to a firm no -- we can't tell you that until you agree to be bombarded by marketing calls/emails/letters. A bad business practice if you want my opinion.

It's very expensive and the price changes a price month.i feel they are robbing me and i could find a better provider in our area. Wish they would keep the price the same and the service would not go out during storms

What's funny is there's no true ratio in the price of what is your getting with Xfinity internet. Meaning the 200, 600, 800 to and 1000mb plans are too close in price. I have had every single Xfinity internet plan 1000mb and down. Though all the speed test i have done while in the 1000mb plan best speed results I got was 918mb average one time, the 830mbbut pay for 1000mb. With every plan I have had before I have always got near 50-80 mb more that the plan I was enrolled in. Now all of the sudden I get the 1gig plan an can't get what I'm paying for. Since Xfinity has an Monopoly here that's best provider in town.
