Had Frontier, hated it. Switched to satellite, hated it. Switched back to Frontier and since switching back I have been without internet twice as long as I have actually had it. Customer service has no idea what is going on or when it will be addressed. The last time I waited a month for a tech to show up and spend 2 minutes with the modem to fix it. I have been waiting for 3 weeks so far this time.

Speed and price are acceptable, assuming I have service at all! Too many outages in my area. And tech service is a joke. Time to explore alternatives.

The price keeps going up as the service gets more unreliable and slower. Outages occur on a monthly basis and the speed runs at about 1/2 - 2/3 of what I pay for. The equipment in the neighborhood is old and in disrepair. If you need to report a problem via phone, plan an hour to get connected to a person who typically doesn't know anything about anything. Is Frontier still in bankruptcy?

I cannot believe service can be so terrible…It was bad over copper and fiber was supposed to rectify that.IT DIDNT!Broadcasts constantly freeze for seconds at a time…Many times techs were here and provided us with a barrage of reasons.I upgraded wiring in this house a couple years back and its all network cabling so there should be NO issues…Be WARY…

Frontier is the worst. I can't even list all the ways they suck as an ISP. The kicker is that when you have finally had enough, they make you wait on hold for hours before they can cancel your account. That is the ONLY way to cancel. I am on hold right now to cancel...have been for over an hour. I decided to spend my time on hold doing something productive, like warning the rest of America to keep their money away from Frontier's grubby fingers.

Frontier has a multitude of issues when it comes to internet services. For over a year I have had my optical cable break, snap off, and not work. More than three times I have had technicians come out to repair the cable. What I find unusual is that they barely bury the cable under the ground, if you're doing yard work watch out you might break the cable because eventually, the cable will surface above ground. They also throttle your speeds, so you must monitor constantly to make sure they are not ripping you off. I paid for a GIG of Business internet and noticed I'm only receiving 500 MB, pretty slick.

The service often is slow or drop. My internet was completely down for 16 days. I had an appointment for a technician to come to check out the problem, the technician never showed up.

Absolute garbage internet if you’re trying to stream Netflix or play a console online. $200 deposit and $50 a month for internet that does the bare minimum! Also they have people from India running the telephone so good luck trying to get anything done over the phone with them. I wish there was better internet providers in Onamia, MN!
