Horrible! Internet NEVER works and they charge $140/month, they are literally the WORSE internet provider; my phone company charges me $40/month and it works wonderful!!

I got pressured into buying a cell phone and add two phone lines I recieve phone but couldn't get it to connect with spectrum help still couldn't so at no fault of my own they charged me a restocking fee for buying that phone of 50 $ don't fall for this phone service cause if phone don't work your going to lose 50$ the actual tried to take my whole deposit of 98$ until I called them I'll never fall for this again!!

Internet cuts in and out even when upgrading. The only savior was MICHAEL GLEN who cares about summers and the company. Give him a raise, he was professional, personable and understanding.

Spectrum internet was not terrible until recently. I have the home wifi and Spectrum TV, which is an app only compatible with a few of my devices. Can't get it on the Xbox or the Google home system we have. I can only get it on my phone and 1 Samsung smart tv. I have asked for a new Gateway for about 8 years, in fact I'm using one from Time Warner which Spectrum bought out several years ago but they have yet to replace our home equipment. Every time I sign into the app on the TV, it cuts out the internet for the whole house for about 30 seconds, then I have to re-enter my wifi password and it will work for an hour or 2 before cutting out again. I have 3 kids in school using Chromebooks. This is not the company to get.

If anyone actually uses them for internet and tv u are crazy they have bad they charge whatever they want to charge and if you don't want to pay that much they will just shut u off they owe us money and will not return our money please don't use spectrum for any of your service

I had Time Warner before and Spectrum took over. Apparently after taking over they bumped everyone’s speed but mine was still only at 20mbps or so. I only found out about the higher speed when I called and asked why my monthly bill keeps going up so much and still only at 20mbps. That’s when they told me I should have been at the 100mbps tier. They finally got me a deal of $54.99 for 3 years and upped my speed to 400mbps for the inconvenience. Cool I thought. Well after a few months the monthly bill went up. Then again a few months later. I was then up to $75/month then $80/month. So much for the 3 year they promised. Now after the 3 years it went to $100/month. That’s when I’ve had it. Switch to T-Mobile 5g home internet for only $40/month and am getting faster speeds. I was okay with Spectrum and they’ve been pretty reliable in my area. I just can’t stand their lies and fake promises. They wanted to give me the $54.99 price again when I called to cancel, no thanks.

Spectrum has no sympathy for its customers. They have no problem charging for service not received. They do not prorate. If you cancel service even 1 hour after the new billing cycle starts, you WILL pay for the entire month. Don't bother calling, they won't help!!

This internet has gotten bad.. the price goes up the quality goes down and calling about it fixes nothing!!!! Two or three times a day we lose internet and cable and they dont care to figure out why. Very disappointed i want time warner back
