We have been customers for years, and our internet went out about 6 weeks ago. AT&T has still not fixed it. The first guy no showed on the first day, and on the second day he let us know we need a lineman. AT&T continues to refuse to listen to us or the various other techs they send out who cannot do anything, since they are not linemen. This has been going on for well over a month, and they let me know they are sending out yet another tech tomorrow. Also, 3 of the half a dozen or so techs just never showed up. When the internet works it is great. Just hope it never goes out and that you never have to talk to their terrible customer service representatives. The half of the techs who show up seem nice, but they can’t ever do anything. If giving them a 0 was an option for service I absolutely would, since we still have no service.
