Centurylink internet is the absolute WORST AND OVERPRICED service in the market. We are in our 3rd modem in less than 6 months and internet is so unreliable! We're looking at a new company and will never purchase any kind of services from CenturyLink! The absolute worst service and as usual corporation MO, they do not care about their customers or their concerns! Wish I could give them 0 stars!

Xfinity has the Monopoly on decent internet speeds in the area. However even with them I have frequent issues with the quality of my connection or getting my full promised speed. As for pricing they offer decent initial pricing followed by a constant fight for them not to actively gouge you. Since they have no competitive competition and the city of Aurora has made it difficult for new internet to enter the area. You are basically stuck playing ridiculous game to maintain a fair price with them and their customer service is still world class terrible.

Service is excellent. No latency Issues with gaming or streaming. My service never drops no matter the weather or time of day. Files download in a jiffy. I mean when I'm on my laptop and I click on what I want to download, it's almost instantaneous. However, prices have gone up significantly over the past few years. From $65.00 to almost $100.00 dollars and it's only going to get more expensive as the world is becoming a total online experience. May be looking to jump ship for more competitive pricing.
